Shipping Method
Bookends offers standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping Only
Bookends ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to addresses outside the US.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination, weight, and size.

Discreet Shipping
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, generic packaging with no indication of the contents inside. Packages feature a simple, standard shipping label and do not reference adult products. The return address will display a neutral company name for added discretion.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after placement. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order is placed, it is promptly processed for fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to change, update, or correct shipping addresses after an order has been submitted.

Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout. Packages delivered to that address are considered successfully delivered, even if the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.

Bookends is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect street names, invalid ZIP codes, or outdated addresses.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment or refund options will be reviewed at that time. Additional shipping fees may apply.

In rare cases, an address change may be requested shortly after placing an order and only if the order has not yet entered processing. Address change requests are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
