Once an order is placed, your credit or debit card is charged immediately. Our fulfillment process begins right away to ensure fast and accurate shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we process, orders cannot be canceled or modified after submission.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product selections, quantities, and shipping information.
Returns, Refunds, and Health & Safety Policy
Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on satisfaction, personal preference, or change of mind.
We are unable to accept returns for items that may pose a health risk or that have been in contact with skin or bodily fluids, including but not limited to saliva, semen, blood, or urine. Once these items leave our facility or retail location, they are considered used and are not eligible for resale.
Non-Returnable Items Include (but are not limited to):

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the issue is the result of our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
