What are your store hours?
We are open 7 days a week. Our hours are 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 12 PM to 8 PM on Sunday.
Do you offer discreet packaging or discreet checkout?
Yes. We provide a discreet shopping experience, including discreet checkout.
For added privacy, parking is available behind the building with direct access to the store. Our staff is trained to create a comfortable, respectful, and judgment-free environment at all times.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before you leave the store, all products are checked in-store to ensure they are charging properly and operating as intended. If an issue occurs after purchase, customers are directed to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Do you offer product recommendations or staff assistance?
Yes! We have knowledgeable, on-site staff available to offer product recommendations based on your needs, comfort level, and preferences.
There is no pressure to purchase, and questions are always welcome.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is currently out of stock in-store, we have two options:
We can order the item for you which you would pick up in store or You can purchase it through our online store, where it will be shipped directly to your home.
Our staff will help guide you to the best option.
Do you offer online ordering or pickup?
We do not offer curbside pickup.
However, we do offer online shopping, and all online orders are shipped directly to your home for privacy and convenience.
Are there age requirements for shopping in-store?
Yes. Customers must be 18 years or older to shop in-store. A valid photo ID with a visible birthdate is required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment types except checks. We also offer gift cards, which can be used in-store only.

Our store is a judgment-free space. Our staff offers guidance only when you want it, never pressures you, and never makes assumptions. You are welcome to browse comfortably and confidently.
How are online orders handled?
All online orders are shipped directly to your home for privacy and convenience. We do not offer in-store or curbside pickup.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes. We never share or sell customer information. Any details collected during checkout, online or in-store, are used only to complete your purchase.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently offer standard shipping only and ship exclusively within the United States.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, and the return address shows only our company name with no reference to adult products. There are no logos, labels, or any indication of the package contents.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed immediately and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Can I return or exchange a product I bought online?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
If you receive a defective item, you may contact the manufacturer directly to use their warranty policy. If the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the item, you may also contact us to request an exchange.
Please include your order number, the item description, and a description of the defect when reaching out, and we will assess your exchange eligibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the high volumes of orders we receive and our quick processing times, we will be unable to cancel or make adjustments to an order once it's been submitted. Please order carefully.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders are processed immediately, and we are unable to change or update shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout and are considered successfully delivered once received at that address, even if the information was entered incorrectly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
